Refund and Returns Policy

This Refund and Returns Policy applies to all purchases made through BiohackNow (https://biohacknow.net), operated by BiohackNow LLC.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our products — including temperature-sensitive research compounds and peptides intended for research use only — all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any research compounds, peptides, or temperature-sensitive products once shipped.
Exceptions: Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged during shipping, defective, or incorrect (wrong product or quantity), you may be eligible for a refund to your original payment method, subject to the following conditions:
- You must report the issue within 72 hours of delivery by emailing info@biohacknow.net.
- Your report must include photographic evidence of the damage, defect, or incorrect item, including the shipping packaging.
- Do not dispose of the item or packaging until your claim has been reviewed.
Claim Review Process
Once we receive your claim with supporting documentation, our team will review it within 5 business days. If approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Refund processing times may vary depending on your financial institution, but typically appear within 7–10 business days after approval.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
- Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery
- Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer
- Items reported more than 72 hours after delivery
