Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy describes the shipping practices and procedures for orders placed through biohacknow.net (the “Website”), operated by BiohackNow LLC. By placing an order on the Website, you agree to the shipping terms outlined below. This policy should be read in conjunction with our Terms and Conditions and Refund & Returns Policy.
1. Shipping Area
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. International shipping availability varies by product and destination. Please contact us at info@biohacknow.net prior to placing an international order to confirm availability, shipping costs, and estimated delivery times.
2. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays) after payment has been confirmed. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
3. Shipping Methods & Timeframes
Available shipping methods and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and depend on the selected shipping method, destination, and carrier performance. BiohackNow is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather events, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.
4. Temperature-Sensitive Products
Certain products, including peptides and biologics, may require cold chain shipping to maintain product integrity during transit. We use appropriate insulated packaging and cold packs where necessary. However, BiohackNow is not responsible for temperature excursions caused by carrier delays or circumstances beyond our control. If you have concerns about temperature-sensitive shipments, we recommend selecting an expedited shipping method.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated based on the shipping method selected, package weight, and destination. Applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you finalize your order. BiohackNow may offer free or discounted shipping promotions from time to time. Any such promotions are subject to the terms specified at the time of the offer.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at info@biohacknow.net.
7. Risk of Loss & Title Transfer
Title and risk of loss for products pass to you upon delivery of the products to the shipping carrier. BiohackNow is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been accepted by the shipping carrier, unless you have purchased additional shipping insurance at checkout (where available).
8. Delivery Issues
If your order arrives damaged, with missing items, or with incorrect products, you must notify us within seventy-two (72) hours of delivery by emailing info@biohacknow.net with the following:
- Your order number
- Photographic evidence of the damage or issue
- A description of the problem
Failure to report delivery issues within this 72-hour window may affect your eligibility for a replacement or refund. For details on our refund process, please see our Refund & Returns Policy.
9. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to reship the order. BiohackNow is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer at checkout.
10. P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses
We may be able to ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses depending on the shipping method and product type. Certain temperature-sensitive products may not be eligible for delivery to P.O. Boxes. If you are unsure whether your address is eligible, please contact us before placing your order.
