2.1 Research Use Disclaimer
IMPORTANT: Certain products sold through BiohackNow, including but not limited to peptides, research chemicals, and related compounds, are sold strictly and exclusively for in vitro research, educational, and laboratory purposes only. 3. Orders & Payment

3.1 Order Acceptance

4. Shipping & Delivery

4.1 Shipping Area
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. International shipping availability varies by product and destination. Please contact us prior to placing an international order.

4.2 Shipping Methods & Timeframes
Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout and are not guaranteed. Processing time is typically 1–3 business days. Shipping times depend on the selected shipping method, destination, and carrier performance.

4.3 Temperature-Sensitive Products
Certain products, including peptides and biologics, may require cold chain shipping. We use appropriate packaging to maintain product integrity during transit. However, we are not responsible for temperature excursions caused by carrier delays or circumstances beyond our control.

4.4 Risk of Loss
Title and risk of loss for products pass to you upon delivery of the products to the carrier. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been accepted by the shipping carrier, unless you have purchased additional shipping insurance.

4.5 Delivery Issues
If your order arrives damaged, with missing items, or with incorrect products, you must notify us within seventy-two (72) hours of delivery by emailing info@biohacknow.net. Failure to report issues within this timeframe may affect your eligibility for a replacement or refund.

5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

5.1 General Return Policy
Due to the nature of our products (research peptides, biologics, and temperature-sensitive compounds), all sales are final unless the product was received damaged, defective, or incorrect. We do not accept returns based on change of mind.

5.2 Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us at info@biohacknow.net within seventy-two (72) hours of delivery with:

• Your order number.
• Photographic evidence of the damage or defect.
• A description of the issue.

Upon verification, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used at checkout. Refund processing times may vary depending on your financial institution, but typically appear within 7–10 business days after approval.

5.3 Cancellations
You may cancel an order before it has been shipped by contacting us immediately at info@biohacknow.net. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

5.4 Service Cancellations
Clinical service appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, or no-shows, may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service price.

5.5 Promotional & Discounted Items
Items purchased at a promotional or discounted rate may have modified or restricted return and refund eligibility. Any such restrictions will be noted at the time of purchase.
